Delivery Information
For All UK orders:
Deliveries may be made in one of the following ways :
UK Mainland
- Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery "signed for" (£4.95 Postage & Packaging) : All orders placed before 1200 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day using the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service. Orders placed after 1200 noon will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1200 noon on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. This is not a guaranteed next day service.
- Next Day Delivery "Signed For" (£6.95 Postage & Packaging) : All orders placed before 1200 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day either by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. In most circumstances, delivery will be made before 5.30pm the following day. Orders placed after 1200 noon on Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Both of the delivery options above require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package you will be left a card to arrange re-delivery or asked to pick up the package from the nearest Royal Mail or courier depot. If you do not follow the re-delivery instructions, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances, you will be required to pay for re-delivery before we can re-dispatch your parcel.
Highlands and Islands
Royal Mail 1st Class “signed for” Recorded Delivery – as above for UK mainland
- The Highlands & Islands 1-2 Day "Signed For" Delivery. All orders placed before 1200 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier. Orders placed after 1200 noon on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. This is not a guaranteed next day service.
Before completing your order with us, please check that you have supplied us with the correct billing and shipping address. All paperwork and labels will be printed exactly as typed by you in the billing/shipping address box and any errors may result in failure to deliver.
Europe
European Postage & Packaging is charged at £18.95. Orders will be sent by international courier service and should take 2-3 day delivery. Occasionally external factors beyond our control may cause some delay and you should therefore allow up to 5 days for delivery.
This service requires a signature upon receipt of products. If you are not home to receive and sign for the package please follow the redelivery instructions left by the courier service. If you do not follow the re-delivery instructions the package will be returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances, you will be required to pay for re-delivery before we can re-dispatch your parcel.
Rest of World
"Rest of World" Postage & Packaging is charged at £25. Deliveries will be made using an international courier service and should be within 3-5 days. Occasionally external factors beyond our control may cause some delay and you should therefore allow up to 7 days for delivery.
This service requires a signature upon receipt of products. If you are not home to receive and sign for the package please follow the redelivery instructions left by the courier service. If you do not follow the re-delivery instructions the package will be returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances, you will be required to pay for re-delivery before we can re-dispatch your parcel.
General Shipping Information
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, address verification or order processing. Your order will only be dispatched once payment authorisation and address verification have been received.
Delivery schedules are estimated to the best of our ability, and actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations & carriers. Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your chosen delivery option, occasionally external factors may cause unforeseen delays. Therefore, please ensure that you make your order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this.
Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us.
We are unable to ship to Post Office boxes as we require a signature upon receipt of order.
If an item is out of stock you will not be able to pre-order it for when it returns into stock. You will be given the option to ask for a reminder email if you would like us to inform you when an item is back in stock.
Insurance
Please note that all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Sunuva to the shipping address. Once the items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance. In the rare event that your package is damaged upon arrival, you should either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package and detail the extent of the damage on the paperwork you sign.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that we are only able to ship to one address per order. If you wish to place orders for different delivery addresses, you will need to put one order on for each address required.
