Placing an order


In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we are following government guidelines across our process chain.
Delivery and despatch may be slower, but it is safer.

Using the Sunuva Online Store

Ordering from the Sunuva online store is simple. With a few clicks you can be on your way to receiving your first order!

  1. Select a product range you wish to view from the top navigation menu. You can either make a selection from the drop down menu or click the range name (i.e. Boy's) to view the all products available within that range.
  2. From the category page, click on the product you would like to view in more detail.
  3. To add this product to your basket, first select the desired size and then the quantity.
  4. Click the "Add to Basket" button. This item is now placed in your basket. You can either continue shopping or checkout by clicking the checkout button. Please note: Items in your basket will not be reserved until the checkout process has been completed. If an item is no longer available, you will be notified at the basket page.
  5. Now follow the simple instructions to complete the checkout process. 
  6. You may checkout as a guest, or you can create an account. By creating an account, you can simplify the checkout process for future visits. If you have ordered previously from the Sunuva Online Store, you can speed up your checkout by using details stored in your account. You can log into your account by clicking on the "Log in" button in the top right area of the screen.

If you're struggling, don't despair! We appreciate not all our customers are "computer-savvy", so if you'd prefer to place your order over the phone, simply send our Customer Care team a message via [email protected] with your name and contact number and one of our friendly team will be in touch with you.
