
Refunds and Returns
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE BUSINESS CLOSING DOWN NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER THE 18/09/2023.
We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order. When your delivery is signed for, the time and date of delivery is logged on our system. Returns outside of this time frame will be assessed on an individual basis, please contact Customer Care if your return is outside of this time frame. Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges on goods that have been purchased directly from Sunuva.com.
Item condition
Items should be returned in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. For the purpose of hygiene, swim shorts, bikini bottoms, and swimsuits should be tried on over underwear with hygiene strips still attached.
Exchanges
You may exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different style or size, based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item within the UK; however international orders will be subject to a shipping fee and liable for duties and taxes. All exchanges must adhere to the guidelines set out in our returns policy.
Receiving a refund
Your refund can only be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any items returned under our standard returns policy.
If you are based outside the UK, any customs duties or sales taxes will not be refunded by Goldney Ltd, however we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further clarification.
Please allow up to 14 business days for any refund to be processed to your original payment method, from the date that we receive your parcel to our warehouse.
Faulty goods
Sunuva will deem goods to be faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you qualify for an exchange we will attempt to replace with the same product. If we cannot fulfil this replacement, you will receive a full refund for the item or a suitable replacement, as well as shipping costs.
